Brooke Elementary – Gift Card Fundraiser Order Form

Our gift card fundraiser is back by popular demand! Order a gift card and receive the face value of the card… Brooke Elementary PAC receives a percentage of each gift card sold as indicated next to the retailer! These make great Christmas gifts, but also can be used for your regular family shopping!

Orders are due Tuesday November 26th. Pickup on Friday, December 13th at 3:00 pm at the front of the school. Please order via the attached form and send form and payment to the office.  Order forms have been sent home with your child.
