Supporter Order Form for Gift Card Fundraiser
Our gift card fundraiser is back by popular demand! Order a gift card and receive the face value of the card… Brooke Elementary PAC receives a percentage of each gift card sold as indicated next to the retailer! These make great Christmas gifts, but also can be used for your regular family shopping!
Orders are due Tuesday November 30th. Pickup at the office on Thursday December 9th. Please order via the attached form and send form and payment to kristiecampbell17@gmail.com or drop off your order to the office. Order forms will be sent home with your child.
