Kindergarten registration will be online again this year on the Delta School District website (link below) from February 12th to 23rd with one half day available at our school for registering in person.

Please have the following documents ready to upload with your child’s registration (all documents must be received for registration to be accepted):

  1. Proof of birth date for the student (birth certificate or passport) (registration will not be accepted until proof of birth date is received).
  2. Proof of citizenship for both the parent and the student (Canadian birth certificate, citizenship card, passport, landed immigrant document, permanent resident card).
  3. BC Services Card (please include both sides of this card)
  4. Proof of Residency (Property Taxes – current receipt, purchase/rental agreement or rental receipt).

In person registration: Thursday, February 15th from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Please ensure you have all of the above documents with you and have filled out the Registration form and Parent Declaration form (see below).

Parents should be aware that students may be required to attend a school outside of their usual attendance area if class enrolments exceed 20.

If a parent wishes for a child to attend a school other than their catchment area school, an online non-catchment application form must be completed. Non-catchment applications will be accepted online only commencing February 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Applications received prior to March 1, 2024 will receive priority in their respective category. Approvals will be processed as soon as possible, but may be held until the second week of September, therefore, parents should register their child at their catchment area school the weeks of February 12-23, 2024 to ensure a placement. Schools will hold non-catchment forms until approved by the Assistant Superintendent; no approval of non-catchment requests may be given at the school level.

If you have moved into the Brooke Catchment over the summer, please download the Registration form and Parent Declaration form and email to with the required documents as per below as pdf or jpeg attachments.  You will be contacted when the school reopens at the end of August.

Please ensure that all documents included with your child’s registration are legible. Incomplete information and documents will delay the registration process.
